Short Bio

Muhammed Niyas Kalliyan was born in India. He received his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, in 2019 and completed his Master of Science by Research in Electrical Engineering (Wireless Communication) at the Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad in 2024. During his final year at IIT Palakkad, he conducted research on Holographic MIMO (HMIMO) cellular systems, developing advanced precoding algorithms to enhance sum-rate and energy efficiency. He worked as a Research Associate under Dr. Jobin Francis. Currently, he is an MSCA Fellow at CentraleSupélec University Paris-Saclay, focusing on  6G wireless communications, Holographic MIMO, Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS), and Terahertz wireless communication.
